Is 24 Hour Restoration & Construction properly licensed with liability insurance and workers comp?
Yes, 24 Hour Restoration has held a B license for over 10 years and always maintains a minimum of $1,000,000 in liability insurance. All 24 Hour employees are covered under our Workman’s Comp policy.
Does 24 Hour do both restoration & remodel?
24 Hour handles both restoration & remodel. Check out our project page for before and after photos to see our quality work and craftsmanship.
Is all work performed by 24 Hour done by employees or do they subcontract any of the work?
All self-performed work is done by 24 Hour Restoration & Construction employees, many of whom have been with the company since we started. Subcontractors are used for specific trades and specialties such as countertop fabrication, mechanical/plumbing systems, fireplaces and utility services, etc.
Does 24 Hour specify the complete scope of work in their bids, including insurance repairs and estimates?
All of 24 Hour’s estimates specify the exact scope of work, including footages, material valuation, and area details to be performed. We want our clients to know exactly what they are getting when they sign on with 24 Hour Restoration & Construction.
If for any reason an item is missed by your insurance company, 24 Hour will work with your adjuster to get the item(s) addressed and we will work to make your property whole again.
Is 24 Hour capable of working with a team of contractors to complete a project?
24 Hour Restoration & Construction can be as involved in the design, planning, restoration and construction as our clients need us to be. Our parent company, 24HRC, is a full scale Design/Build Contractor for Residential, Commercial and Government projects where we help our clients select materials and bring their ideas to life with scaled and detailed drawings, plans, labor and materials to construct and restore great things.
Does 24 Hour follow the current restoration, cleaning and building standards governed by IICRC, IBC/ICC & ANSI?
24 Hour Restoration & Construction strictly abides by the current standards set by IICRC, IBC/ICC and ANSI. We also consider it our responsibility to help our clients understand those standards.
Is 24 Hour a member of the The Clean Trust? What certifications do you carry?
24 Hour is a member of the The Clean Trust and is a certified for Water Damage Restoration, Fire Damage Restoration, Smoke and Odor Restoration, and Mold Remediation to name a few.

As a licensed and bonded contractor, all of 24 Hour’s work is warrantied under California state law.
